Warranty Information – Outright Purchases
All items purchased from BTG, are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase..
If a defect should occur during the warranty period, it must be returned to BTG for repair or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, insurance, and sufficient packing, to prevent any damage to the item. Upon evaluation, if the item is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. No further liability is accepted. This warranty is void if the item has been tampered with, abused, dropped or used in any negligent manner or if the warranty seal has been broken.
For RENTAL Systems, we include absolutely everything, including dropped, abused and water damaged Pagers and even LOST or missing pagers. Privacy Statement

Cancelled Orders
A re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price applies to cancelled orders, after confirmation of order is received.
