"FindMe" Pager

The ‘FindMe’ pager from BTG is a wireless customer locator, which allows customers to be located easily by food runners, ensuring orders are delivered on time to exactly the right table.

How It Works

1. Customer places their order and are handed the ‘FindMe’ pager

2. Customer places the pager on the table, this pager's signal will find the closest beacon in that area (beacons are located under the table)

3. Signal is sent back to the System Screen alerting staff to the customer’s location

4. When order is ready Staff view Systems Screen to find exactly where the customer is sitting

5. Order is delivered and staff collect ‘FindMe’ pager from customer and place back on the charging base, ready for reuse

'FindMe' Pager

The ‘FindMe’ pager needs to be placed on the table in order to send the signal to one of the closest beacon.

- ‘Voice alert’ to request customer to place pager on the table

-‘Return alert’ to request customer to return to the cashier if they can not be located

Bluetooth Beacon

The bluetooth Bluetooth Beacon is located under the table to provide the customer's location

This solution can be used for table or zone locations.

Software and Screen Display

Easy to navigate software and touch screen display allows you to allocate table numbers, assign orders to customers and track waiting time, average and maximum time to assist with staff performance and improved customer service.

Transceiver

The ‘FindMe’ pager needs to be placed on the table in order to send the signal to one of the closest beacon.
